This would provide support to weaker parts of the society especially in rural areas . People assisted includes children and women being given support and education otherwise unavailable to them.

People Community Development Society is a voluntary, non-profit, rural development organization, committed to the empowerment and emancipation of women, children, aged, and needy rural masses that work in Kadapa District, Andhra Pradesh. Our longstanding desire is to support the underprivileged and disadvantaged members of the society. Awareness and education bring empowerment and empowerment leads to sustainability. It is a charity organization that supports country women to reach economic independence. Women get training in manufacturing paper toys and clay products. This happened in a large common space. GENERAL HEALTH AND HYGIENE CAMP

In continuation to care our communities under general health and hygiene camp was organized and conducted with the help of private doctor hired for the purpose. While community people in general and women in particular were the real beneficiaries. Women in particular and dalit women generally have no better access to the health problems that each one face as the reasons a many one is no time to go to clinic, work pressure at home/field and rest causes them the neglect shown towards personal health and hygienic conditions. Lack of interest/finance in hand contributes to negligence by the dalit women. Fear and shyness contributes to the factor of delayed decision making. To overcome these defects of our adopted area, dalit general health women organization conducted free health check up camp to make inroads into remote hamlets/households to give medical services, after checkups people were given free medicines, expert advice and follow up advices by the doctor concemod. The program is conducted in conducted twice in this year in I mandal covering 30 villages. Since the organization is witness pandemic situation came forward and distributed masks and medical to the rural people from 30 villages. The program was of a great success and in the emergency situation this helped the nural people and educated them on the safety measures that have to be taken.

ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

As an initiation to Environmental Awareness the organization have conducted an environment areness campaign and distributed tress in 3 village. As community was concertized in the making of women, men and children get the message right into the mind and apply mind/body/soul inter the aspect of national environmental as the depleting natural resources, green cover are distancing from appearing as human wanton kill and destruction beyond greed had caused the reality to seelexperience heat, contaminated water for human consumption. In this scenario groups were contacted door to door campaign, and meeting a group and rally organized in the hamlets have contributed to the facts and figures of national resources impressing to care, be vigil in preventing and protecting resources that are buse to present as well future generations to live and sustain. The importance of plantation of tress and protecting the nature has been explained to the people and they are motivated to plant trees in their surroundings. The importance of a forestation and greenery was explained to people and made them understand the need and emergency to protect the nature.

DISTRIBUTION OF FOOD AND BILANKETS TO POOR PROPER

The organization has distributed food to the poor and the homeless in their areas of operation. In India, many homeless people lives on public places of highways, railway stations and bus stops. Our aim to feed the hungry homeless destitute, abandoned senior citizens, migrant workers. PCDS works to eradicate hinger, malnutrition, food wastage. The organization feed the hungry homeless elderly, women, and children, leprosy patients, disabled on the streets as part of zero hunger. With the little resources and financial support through the local donors, the organization once in a month fed 100 hungry homeless and made them to get food donation in lunch. The organization also distributed 200 blankets to the poor people and the people who are on the streets. The program is of a great success and is appreciated by the government official in the area of operation. This gave us additional encouragement and motivation to continue this project in future also.
